How to update your shipping address in the patient portal, what to do if your order has already been submitted, and how to handle a package delivered to the wrong address.

📋 About Your Medication
Bliv offers both compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies, and access to branded GLP-1 medications manufactured by Novo Nordisk (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and Eli Lilly (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Your prescription will specify which type you have been prescribed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products, though they are prepared under federal standards by licensed pharmacies. Branded medications are FDA-approved. If you have questions about which medication you are receiving, please check your prescription label or contact your Bliv provider.

Address Changes Must Be Made Before Your Order Ships

Once an order has been submitted to the pharmacy for preparation, the shipping address cannot be changed. Update your address as early as possible — ideally before you submit a reorder.

How to Update Your Shipping Address

Log into your patient portal at app.joinbliv.com/login and update your shipping address in your account settings before placing your next reorder.

If a reorder is already pending, contact [email protected] immediately with your full name, account email, and both the old and new address.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once in transit with FedEx, address changes must be initiated through FedEx directly using your tracking number at fedex.com. Contact our support team as well — in some cases we can coordinate a replacement.

Medication Delivered to a Previous Address

GLP-1 medication requires refrigeration and has a limited beyond-use date. If your medication was delivered to an address you no longer have access to, do not attempt to retrieve and use it if it has been sitting unrefrigerated. Contact [email protected] to discuss your options.
