Bliv offers both compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies, and access to branded GLP-1 medications manufactured by Novo Nordisk (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and Eli Lilly (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Your prescription will specify which type you have been prescribed. Pricing shown in this article applies to compounded GLP-1 medications. Branded medication pricing is determined separately through your insurance or pharmacy benefit. If you have questions, please check your prescription or contact your Bliv provider.
Our Compounded GLP-1 Pricing
Compounded Tirzepatide: $599 per vial
Compounded Semaglutide: $349 per vial
A one-time quick approval fee of $25 applies to new patients at first order, covering provider review and prescription issuance.
Why Prices May Vary
Dose or vial size change: If your provider updated your prescription to a different formulation, the price may reflect the new supply.
Payment method: CareCredit includes a 15.99% processing fee. Standard cards and HSA/FSA do not.
Promotional pricing: Introductory or discount pricing applied to your first order does not carry over to reorders unless explicitly stated.
Price adjustments: In rare cases, Bliv may update pricing. We communicate changes in advance.
