Bliv's cancellation and refund policy — including the 72-hour cancellation window, why refunds are not available after pharmacy processing begins, and what to do if your shipment arrives defective.

📋 About Your Medication
Bliv offers both compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies, and access to branded GLP-1 medications manufactured by Novo Nordisk (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and Eli Lilly (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Your prescription will specify which type you have been prescribed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products, though they are prepared under federal standards by licensed pharmacies. Branded medications are FDA-approved. If you have questions about which medication you are receiving, please check your prescription label or contact your Bliv provider.


Understanding Our Policy Before You Order

Because your medication is dispensed to order by a licensed pharmacy specifically for you, our cancellation and refund policy is strict. We strongly encourage you to review it before placing an order.

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 72 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been submitted to the pharmacy for preparation. To request cancellation, email [email protected] immediately with your name, account email, and order details.

No Refunds After 72 Hours or Once Pharmacy Processing Begins

After 72 hours from purchase, or once your order has been submitted to the pharmacy — whichever comes first — we are unable to issue a refund. This applies regardless of the reason for the request, including change of mind, price concerns, or scheduling conflicts.

Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Shipments

This policy does not apply to shipments that arrive defective, empty, or incorrect. See our article I Received an Empty or Defective Vial for instructions on how to report it.
