Accessing Your Patient Portal
Your Bliv patient portal is where you manage your prescription, view your dosing plan, submit reorders, and communicate with your provider. You can log in at any time at app.joinbliv.com/login.
Use the email address you provided when you first signed up with Bliv and the password you created at registration. The portal is accessible on any device β desktop, tablet, or mobile browser.
Forgot Your Password?
Go to app.joinbliv.com/login
Click "Forgot password" or the equivalent link on the login screen
Enter the email address associated with your Bliv account
Check your inbox for a password reset email β if you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder
Follow the link in the email to set a new password and log in
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
If the password reset email is not arriving, the most common reasons are:
You may have signed up with a different email address than the one you are trying β check any alternate addresses you use
The email may have been filtered into spam, promotions, or a junk folder
There may be a delay of a few minutes β wait and try refreshing your inbox
If you have tried the above and still cannot access your account, contact us at [email protected] with your full name and the email address you believe is on file. We will look up your account and help you regain access.
