Your shipping address, contact details, and account preferences are all managed through your Bliv patient portal at app.joinbliv.com/login. Keeping this information current — especially your shipping address — is important to ensure your medication is delivered without interruption.

Important: Address changes must be made before your next order is submitted to the pharmacy. Once an order is in processing, the address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address urgently and a reorder is pending, contact [email protected] immediately.

Email address and phone number updates can be made in your account settings within the patient portal. If you are unable to update your email address directly — for example, if you no longer have access to the email on file — contact [email protected] with your current account email, your full name, and the new email address you would like on file. We will verify your identity and process the change.

Payment method updates are made at checkout when placing your next reorder. Bliv does not store complete payment card details between orders. If you want to use a different card, HSA/FSA account, or switch to or from CareCredit, simply select your preferred method when you submit your next reorder through the portal.

Some account details — such as your date of birth, legal name, and identity verification information — cannot be self-edited as they are tied to your prescription record. If you need to correct any of these, contact [email protected] and we will assist you through the appropriate process.
