How to Pause or Cancel Your Treatment

How to pause your Bliv treatment without cancelling, how to permanently close your account, and what happens to your refund eligibility.

Before You Request a Pause or Cancellation

If you are considering pausing or stopping your treatment, we encourage you to reach out first. Many patients who want to pause are dealing with side effects, cost concerns, or life circumstances that our team may be able to help with β€” including a nurse call to discuss side effect management, or a conversation about your current dose. A quick conversation is often more helpful than stopping treatment entirely.

How to Pause Your Treatment

Bliv does not operate a rolling subscription that auto-ships on a fixed schedule without your action. Your treatment advances when you submit a reorder through the patient portal. If you want to pause, simply do not submit a reorder when your current vial runs out. There is no penalty and no cancellation required β€” your account remains active and you can reorder whenever you are ready to resume.

If you have a reorder already pending and want to delay it, contact [email protected] immediately, as orders move to pharmacy processing quickly after submission.

How to Permanently Cancel Your Account

To permanently close your Bliv account, email [email protected] with your full name, account email, and a request to close your account. We will process the request and confirm once complete. Note that account closure does not affect any outstanding orders that are already in processing or shipped.

Refunds at Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund. Refunds are only available within 72 hours of purchase and before your order has been submitted to the compounding pharmacy for preparation. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy article for full details.

Returning to Treatment Later

If you pause and decide to resume treatment in the future, log back into your patient portal at app.joinbliv.com/login and submit a new reorder. Depending on how long you have been off medication, your provider may recommend restarting at a lower dose. Your nurse call option remains available to help you plan a restart safely.
